Support & Empowerment Program

Emotional support and financial assistance for students enrolled in a Workforce education program (AAS degree or Certificate) and who meet at least one of the following classifications:

  • Individual with a disability
  • Economically disadvantaged/low-income individual
  • Individual preparing for a non-traditional field
  • Single parent or single pregnant woman
  • Out-of-workforce individual/displaced homemaker
  • English learner
  • Individual who has experienced or is experiencing homelessness
  • Current or former foster care youth
  • Dependent of an active duty member of the armed forces
  • Emotional support and financial assistance for students who are single parents; must meet eligibility requirements
