Community Programs is all about MCC and you. From the Emeritus Program to Kids College, there is something for everyone. Scan the courses, register for your favorites, and give Community Programs a try! Designed with the adult learner in mind (see Kids College for children’s activities), one can choose from gardening, music and dance, photography, food and wines, computers, fitness, hobbies, art and so much more. Courses vary in length and price, and new courses are offered along with traditional favorites each semester. Going back to class has never been so much fun. This year, make it MCC and you; we think you’ll be glad you did.
MCC was the first two-year college to include "community" in its name, and today Community Programs at MCC continues to invite the public to participate in a variety of enrichment courses. With hopes of appealing to a wide spectrum of McLennan County residents, enrichment opportunities abound year round for the adult learner. Community Programs boasts an impressive group of instructors and a wide array of course offerings. Providing ongoing opportunities for fun, fitness, personal growth, as well as the development of new skills and interests, continues to be the driving force behind MCC Community Programs.
