David Hooten teaches woodwinds , woodwind ensemble, and music appreciation at MCC. With degrees in Music Education from East Texas State University, he has completed doctoral courses in Music Theory at The University of North Texas. Active as a clarinet performer, Mr. Hooten participates in state and national clarinet and music theory organizations.
