Aesthetician Program
MCC also offers an Aesthetician Program for students who want to become skin care specialists. As in the Cosmetology Program, aesthetician students combine classroom work and hands-on experience with the public. A full-time student can complete the program in about one year. Graduates receive a certificate of completion and are eligible to take the state licensing exam. Financial aid is available for qualified students.
The Cosmetology Department will start taking appointments for facials on Thursday, October 1.
Time slots available:
Thursdays - 8:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 1:30 p.m.
Fridays - 8:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 1:30 p.m.
The cost for the general public is $30 per facial. The MCC employee discount is $24 per facial or three facials for $60.
