Welcome to the webpage of the office of Program Development. This office will keep college officials and faculty informed of new and emerging instructional programs that may be considered for implementation to meet current needs and demands of the service area. In addition to program development this office is also responsible for Continuing Education, Alternative Teacher Certification, Highlander Ranch, Conference Center, Adult Basic Education, Resource Development, Small Business Development Center, and serves as the Equal Opportunity Officer. Mission
The mission of the office of the Vice President, Program Development is to identify, develop, and expand instructional programs both credit and non-credit based on employer needs and interest of students.
In addition to program development this office is responsible for executive management of the Continuing Education Division, the Highlander Ranch, Conference Center, Alternative Teacher Certification, Small Business Development Center, Resource Development, and facilities management. Also serves as the College EEO Officer.
