A career in nursing can now become reality for about 140 new nursing students at McLennan Community College, thanks to a $250,000 gift recently given to the college by Waco resident Lucille Saunders.  The scholarship fund, which is one of the largest individual gifts the college has received in its 40-year history, will fund 20 new $2,000 nursing scholarships each year until the fund is entirely awarded.  Click for more details
