Application Process

The Application deadline for the Surgical Technology program is July 1.

  1. Complete an application for admission to McLennan Community College and submit it to the Office of Admissions/Registrar.
  2. First-time college students must submit their high school transcripts or GED scores.
  3. Submit any official transcripts from any college attended.
  4. Take the THEA or Accuplacer. For information about taking these test please call Testing at 254-299-8473
  5. Complete and turn in a program application to the program director before the deadline of July 1.
  6. Make an appointment with the program director for advising at 254-299-8301 or lmaloy@mclennan.edu.
  7. Attend a general information session.
