How do I log in on Campus?

Students: Starting Fall 2005 all students must log in to campus computers to use campus resources. The student's login name is the same as their email/webadvisor login and password. (1st initial of first name, 1st initial of last name and full 7-digit MCC ID (jd1234567) and their password is their six digit birthday MMDDYY (051580.) Use all lowercase, no dashes, spaces or slashes.)

In some cases if a student's computer has an older version of Windows operating system (Windows 2000 and Windows 95/98/ME), they will have to put "STUDENTS" in the "Domain" field.

Faculty: The faculty's username and password is the same as their email username and password. Make sure that the domain is "MCLENNAN."

What is my WebAdvisor User ID?

1. Go to the MCC WebAdvisor website. http://webadvisor.mclennan.edu
2. From the Main WebAdvisor Main Menu page click on the “Account Information” link located on the bottom right of the window.
3. From the User Account Menu click on the "What's my User ID?" link.
4. Within the "What's my User ID?" link follow the prompt to retrieve your new username.

How do I log in to Blackboard?

Students: Your username is the 1st initial of first name, 1st initial of last name and full 7-digit MCC ID (jd1234567) Your password will be your six digit birthday MMDDYY. (i.e. 010105)

Faculty: Your username and password are the same as your email username and password.

How do I log in to DATATEL (Colleague)?

Faculty/Staff: Double-click on the DATATEL Icon on your desktop OR click Start, point to Programs, point to DATATEL, then click the DATATEL Icon. Use your three initials as your User ID (cdm) and your assigned password (abc123). Be sure collive is in the Database section.
