BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Since 1994
- Business Manager: Administration of real-estate ventures. Management of leasing information, process income, and file tax reports.
- Translations: Operate a personal translation business. Have been a translator French/English/French since 1986. Also translated ISO documents from English to Spanish as well as contracts and technical documents from English to French (Absolute Translation Services).
- Book editor/reviewer: Have edited, reviewed and proofread French textbooks for various publishers.
- Public Relations: Served as liaison between French and American companies. Consultant for and leader of groups traveling to France.
- Business teacher: Chilton Independent School District, Chilton, Texas.
1988–1989:
- Quality Core, Inc., Waco, Texas. Administrative Assistant in charge of reception, parts receivable accounting, some accounts payable, all incoming calls, group insurance, check-in of new employees, and employee file maintenance.
1987–1988:
- Double Clic Formation Macintosh Training Center, Paris, France (full-time). Administrative Secretary in charge of accounts payable and receivable, sales, reception, and phones.
