Please note that these services are intended primarily for McLennan Community College students, faculty and staff. We will respond to inquiries from the community as staff time permits.

  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your question.
  • It is not possible for the librarians to undertake in-depth research; however, we would be happy to assist you with advice on your research process.
  • All information is supplied by phone or e-mail. We cannot provide photocopies or faxes.
  • If you need to request for library materials to be obtained from another library, please submit an Interlibrary Loan Request.

    • If you have a more complex question, please consult with a reference librarian in person or via telephone at (254)299-8323.

    When the library is open, regular response time to questions is 6 hours. Questions will only be responded to when the library is open. Questions sent when the library is closed will be attended to the next time that the library is open. The Ask a Librarian service will be available according to the following schedule:

    SUNDAY 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
    MONDAY - THURSDAY
    7:30 AM - 10:00 PM
    FRIDAY 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    SATURDAY 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    We prefer that you use the Suggestion Box form to submit comments or suggestions to the library.
