NetLibrary - one of our large electronic book databases in which books must be read online (currency of published material ends at 2005)
Ebrary - one of our large electronic book databases in which books must be read online (current and historical published dates)
Gale Virtual Reference Library - a database in which major reference books can be searched, read online, and printed by certain sections
Ebscohost - major provider of many general and subject specific databases. By clicking on this link, you will be asked to choose which specific databases you wish to search. Databases from Ebscohost are suitable for searching for articles from magazines, journals and some newspapers.
WilsonWeb - other provide of large general and subject specific databases. Databases from WilsonWeb are suitable for searching for articles from magazines, journals and some newspapers.
ELibrary Curriculum Edition - a large general database suitable for most subjects with articles from magazines, journals, newspapers, reference books and television and radio transcripts. Also includes some images and short educational video clips.
CQ Researcher - great starting point in research current controversial issues. The lengthy articles provide background information, statistics, pro/con discussions and helpful bibliographies.
ProQuest Newsstand - the library's largest newspaper databases, searching articles from newspapers in the United States and some foreign titles.
NewsBank Full Text Texas Newspapers - access to major Texas newspapers from around 2000 to the present. Includes full text access to the Waco-Tribune Herald.
Campus Research: News and Law - by searching under the News and Information tab, you can find articles from many newspapers, newswires and business publications.
