  • Copying and Printing in the MCC Library - The charge for printing and copying is 8 cents per page. Copiers and printers at MCC will not accept cash. MCC has courtesy cards that may be purchased for $1.00 in the Learning Technology Center to be used for this purpose. You may add money to the card, and then use the card to make copies in any of the MCC copy machines or library computer printers.

If you would like to obtain an official college ID from MCC, you may contact the MCC Card office, located on the 2nd floor of the Learning Technology Center. ID cards from Tarleton and UT Arlington are available by visiting those campuses.

  • Checking out library materials from the MCC Library - If you wish to obtain materials from the MCC Library or other Texas Libraries, you will need to obtain a TexShare card from your home university library. You can also obtain a TexShare card at the Waco-McLennan Public Library if you are a resident of McLennan County. University Center students can check out the Quiet Study Rooms which are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Computer use at the MCC Library - You are welcome to use any desktop computer in the library, but you will need to login to access the network. Please contact the University Center staff or ask at the Library Information Desk for login information. Laptop computers are not available for check-out to University Center students.
