The Marketing & Communications Office offers an array of services to the MCC community. Most services are free of charge. For most projects, clients only pay the cost of materials.

Giveaway Items

The Marketing & Communications Office orders various giveaway items that departments can purchase at cost. A current list of items is listed here. Please contact the Marketing & Communications Office to suggest other promotional items your department would be interested in purchasing.

Consultation

We can help you determine the best ways to communicate with your targeted audiences. Our staff can offer input and recommendations, as well as suggest communication tactics to meet your particular needs based on the scope of your project. We can also help you put together a project budget based on cost estimates. Personal consultations can be scheduled by e-mailing Karen Rudolph.

Design

The Marketing & Communications Office boasts an award-winning graphic artist with more than 20 years of experience. We understand the importance of visual presentation and strive to present your work in the best possible format. We can help you create anything! From displays, illustrations, and publications to logos or T-shirts, no job is too big – or small! To request a project, please submit a Graphic Design Form.

Photography Services

The Marketing & Communications Office is equipped to take pictures that will help promote your campus event or program. This might include pictures of your campus events, facilities and faculty/staff or students. To check on availability, please e-mail your request to Karen Rudolph.

Public Affairs

The Marketing & Communications Office works closely with local media to promote news and events taking place at MCC. To request promotion of a campus event or program, please submit a Publicity Request Form. Please contact Karen Rudolph with feature story ideas.

We can proof your work to make sure it is grammatically correct and written in a clear, concise way that any reader—even those unfamiliar with MCC— can understand.
