Concurrent Enrollment
Academic Dual Credit Program
MCC's academic dual credit program, a part of the concurrent enrollment program, provides an opportunity for academically strong high school juniors and seniors from public, private, and home-school settings to enroll in courses that will earn both college and high school credit. These are courses listed in the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s Academic Course Guide Manual.

Program Guidelines
Students should:
- Enroll in no more than two dual credit courses in any semester.
- Earn a grade of "C" or higher in all dual credit courses to continue in the program.
- Read and agree to abide by the general conduct, departmental, and academic policies of MCC as outlined in the Highlander Guide and the online catalog.
- Enroll in the required number of courses each day in high school and be in attendance.
