Early Admission

In order to take Early Admission classes, you must be eligible for the program. You must be a high school student that has completed your junior year with at least a "B" average or better. Also, you must pass the 10th grade exit level of the TAAS Test and the appropriate portions of the THEA Test or approved alternative.

For more information on testing, visit the Testing Center and check to see if you might be exempt from the THEA Test or approved alternative all together. Students must also have approval from your high school principal or counselor and parent/guardian to enroll in the program.

Early Admission Application

Complete the Early Admission Application and submit it to the Office of Admissions & Recruitment.

Testing

Complete and pass the appropriate section of the THEA Test or approved alternative. Or, check to see if you might be exempt from taking these tests.

Admission Application

Complete an application for admission to the college and submit it to the Office of Admissions & Recruitment.

Academic Advising

Make an appointment with the Career Development Department at MCC for academic advising at (254) 299-8614. (Bring a copy of your high school transcript.)
