Graduation Application

The most important step is to complete the application for a degree or certificate and submit the form to the Office of Records and Registration by the deadline:

Fall Graduates ............ Last Friday in September
Spring Graduates ....... Second Friday in February
Summer Graduates .... Second Thursday in June

An application for graduation can be obtained through:

Completing the application does not mean you have to attend commencement exercises, though you are strongly encouraged to attend commencement. Regardless of whether you plan to attend the ceremony, you MUST submit an application. (A common misconception is that you don’t have to complete an application for graduation if you’re not going to participate in commencement exercises.)

After you submit the application for a degree or certificate, the Office of Student Records staff will conduct a graduation evaluation and notify you of your status.
