Style Sheet

1. All written work must be submitted electronically.
2. Work previously published will not be accepted. When you submit to The Stone Circle, you are acknowledging that each piece is an original, unpublished work.
3. Work may be sent as an e-mail, or in the case of long pieces, as an attachment.
4. Work should be in Microsoft Word© 2000 or later.
5. Each piece should have a cover sheet with the following information:

Name of Student
Address
Phone number
E-mail address
Student ID number (found on ID card)
Title of the piece

6. Only the title of the piece should appear on the first page of the poem or story text.If your piece has more than one page, please put the title, with pagination, in the upper right hand corner.
7. Unless extended, all deadlines are strictly enforced.
8. If you wish to have the work returned, please so indicate in your e-mail.
9. All work will be held until the end of the next semester (or the end of the Summer Sessions for the Spring issue) following publication.
10. Any work not picked up will be shredded.
