Students eligible to become a member to Phi Theta Kappa will receive an invitation by mail in the Fall and Spring semesters. Students are encouraged to apply online using their application number provided to them in their invitation, however, students may apply using the applications below. All application must be submitted prior to the deadline.
Completed applications to Phi Theta Kappa consist of the following:
- Phi Theta Kappa Membership Application
- Pi Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Faculty Reference
- Pi Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Membership Application
- Application fee of $80 (the Mike Stark Scholarship is available to partially cover the application fee for anyone who can demonstrate financial need.)
