COVID-19 Pandemic Information: The food pantry is open by appointment only, offering curbside pickup near the bus circle. Students can text the Completion Center at (254) 870-7573 with their name and MCC ID number to schedule a pickup time. If texting is not an option, students can call 254-299-8226.  Appointments must be scheduled at least one hour in advance.

Note: To maintain a contactless pickup, you will be asked to verify the following when you schedule your curbside appointment:

  • Name and Student ID#
  • Number of people in your household
  • Address
  • Answer to one of the following questions:
    • Does you or anyone in your household receive SNAP, TANF, National School Lunch Program, Social security, or Medicaid? If so, which one?
    • What is your estimated weekly, monthly or yearly salary?
    • Are you seeking assistance due to COVID-19 or another household crisis (please specify)?

We know making ends meet in college can be tough, so we're here to help. Paulanne's Pantry is available to all MCC and University Center students, faculty, and staff. 

  • Pantry guests must present a valid MCC/University Center ID
  • Grocery coupons are also available on the pantry door
  • Food is provided for an estimated three meals, but may be enough to sustain well beyond that

The pantry is located on the second floor of the Student Services Center in room 247, behind the Completion Center near the loading dock.

If you would like to make a food donation, you can bring your donation to the Completion Center at any time during regular business hours.
Frequently needed items include:

  • Beans
  • Bottled Water
  • Canned Fruit (peaches, apples, etc.)
  • Canned Meat (chicken, tuna, etc.)
  • Canned Vegetables (carrots, corn, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Cereal
  • Condiments
  • Pasta
  • Peanut Butter

If you would like to make a financial donation, you can bring cash or a check (made payable to the "MCC Foundation" with "Paulanne's Pantry" in the memo line) to the MCC Foundation office or the Completion Center. You can also donate online through the MCC Marketplace.
