Summer Minimester 2022

 

April 4 - Registration Opens
Register online through WebAdvisor beginning at 7 a.m. All students must agree to the Terms and Conditions each semester before completing the registration process. 

May 9 - Payment Deadline
If you register between April 4 and May 9 at 6 p.m., you must pay by 6 p.m. May 9 or you will be dropped from classes. You will NOT receive a bill by mail. Go to WebAdvisor to see your Account Summary (tuition bill) and to make a payment. Or visit the Business Office in the Administration building. Financial aid is not available for minimester courses.

May 9-11 - Registration Continues
Register online through WebAdvisor. Pay at the time you register or no later than 6 p.m. May 11. Registration ends at 6 p.m. May 11. If you decide not to attend class, you must drop your class through WebAdvisor prior to the first class day of the minimester. If you do not drop your class prior to the first day of the term, you will be responsible for paying tuition and fees.

May 11-12 - Class Changes through WebAdvisorYou may change classes through WebAdvisor from 6:01 p.m. May 11 to 6 p.m. May 12. Payment is due at the time you make a class change or no later than 6 p.m. May 12. You will NOT receive a bill by mail.

May 12 - First Class Day
Check the campus map to learn where your classes are.

May 12 - Payment Deadline

May 13 - Census Date
If you drop from a class after this date and before the last day for student withdrawals, the class will appear on your transcript with a grade of "W" but will not affect your grade point average. However, courses dropped after this date will count against your six-course drop limit and will factor into your completion percentage when calculating your Satisfactory Academic Progress for financial aid purposes.

May 19 - Last Day for Student-Initiated Withdrawals
After this date, students cannot withdraw themselves from classes. Learn more about how to drop a class.

May 25 - Last Class Day 

May 26 - Final Exams
