Shred Day

MCC's Sustainability Committee holds shred day biannually, typically in April and October. Shred day allows MCC faculty and staff to securely dispose of material in a way that diverts material from the landfill. All material collected on shred day is recycled, reducing waste production and the carbon footprint of our campus. Our next Shred Day will be Friday, April 10th from 7:30 - 10:30 am in the back of parking lot B. Community members are welcome to bring their personal materials to shred, but are limited to bringing one box of material.
