Transcript Requests

Important: Before you place your order, check your unofficial transcript to make sure all your grades and degrees have been posted. If they haven't been added yet and you order now, you will have to place a new order later.

Official Transcript Request (Credit & Continuing Education)

All transcript requests must be made through our partner website, Parchment. Each copy costs $6.00.

You can have your transcript sent by mail, as a PDF, directly to another Parchment school, picked up in person, or sent by EDI (SPEEDE).

Note: If you order a digital copy but also need a paper copy, you must place a separate order for the paper copy.

Holds: If there is a hold on your account, your transcript will not be released. Parchment will notify you right away if you have a hold. Watch a short video to learn how to check for holds.
Unofficial Transcripts

To print your own unofficial transcript, log in to your MyMCC/Student Planning account.

If you no longer have access to MyMCC, fill out the Unofficial Transcript Request form and email it to transcriptrequest@mclennan.edu.
