The program focuses on improving quality in all types of organizations using the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approach. You will also learn how to measure improvements using math and statistics.
Classes cover production, quality assurance, inventory, supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, and safety. The program is available fully online.
About the Program
The program is led by a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 10 years of industry management experience. You will finish the program by completing a Six Sigma project that gives you real-world, hands-on experience. The project also prepares you to take the American Society for Quality's Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification exam.
