MCC hosting Mac's Block Party Aug. 28 to celebrate volleyball team debut

Waco, Texas – McLennan Community College Student Life and McLennan Athletics are joining together to host Mac’s Block Party & Orange Out Thursday, Aug. 28 from 4-7 p.m. to celebrate the inaugural season of women’s volleyball at MCC.

The free community event will feature inflatables, free food and food trucks, giveaway items, a meet & greet with the players, a DJ and an inter-squad scrimmage beginning at 5 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to wear orange to show their Highlander spirit.
