5/12-5/15/24: Highlander Ranch Degraded

  • 520 pm. Connectivity has been restored, and we are operating on a backup circuit. Vendors are being engaged to restore the primary circuit.
  • 5/15; 1012 am. Vendor is onsite troubleshooting equipment. Next update: 5/16 at 10 am. 
  • 5/14; 935 am. Vendor is onsite to install necessary equipment. Next update: 5/15 at 10 am.
  • 5/13; 951 am. Parts are needed and expected to arrive tomorrow, 5/14. Next update: 5/14/24 at 10 am. 
  • 5/12; 916 pm. ISS staff are investigating a network outage at Highlander Ranch. Access to all resources including: email, phones, and Brightspace are currently down. The vendor has been engaged. Next update: 5/13/24 at 10 am.

Maintenance Schedule Maintenance

5/18/24: Help Desk Tickets (KACE) Server Maintenance

Reminder: Scheduled maintenance will cause the Help Desk Ticket system to be down.

During this time, all users will be unable to access the ticketing system. All methods used to generate tickets will fail to generate tickets until the maintenance is complete.
