Cori Burkett

Cori Burkett holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and a MS in Theatre from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. As an actor, Cori performed across NYC in various readings, festivals, and films. She was a part of a city-wide tour of Two Gentlemen of Verona, which performed for schools, community centers, and the women’s unit at Rikers Island. Cori has also worked as a choreographer, director, and assistant director for Princeton Summer Theatre, New York University, and the Waco Civic Theater. Cori is a native Wacoan and spends her free time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
