ASSET Team Members

McLennan's ASSET Team members serve as the coordinating body for guiding overall enrollment strategies that contribute to successful student recruitment, retention, and completion at the College. 

The ASSET Team will:

  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve student-facing processes
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives that span multiple departments
  • Share relevant data, trends, and findings to inform institutional strategy
  • Develop an annual action plan tied to the college’s strategic goals
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership for systems-level improvements
  • Serve as a sounding board for new student engagement initiatives
