ASSET

 Students on campus

The ASSET Team is committed to advancing and enhancing student Access, Support, Success, and Engagement through Team collaborative action and strategic alignment. This cross-functional group works to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and strengthen the student experience from a first connection to completion.

ASSET operates with the following principles at its core:

  • Collaboration across departments to serve students holistically
  • Data-informed decision-making to guide strategic actions
  • Equity and access as foundational values
  • Continuous improvement to adapt and evolve services over time
  • Student-centered design that considers student experience at every touchpoint

The ASSET Team includes leaders from key operational and student-facing functions. To address specific topics or initiatives, ASSET Team members may convene ad hoc working groups that include faculty, staff, or other stakeholders with relevant expertise. These groups serve in a consultative role and are dissolved once their specific objective is met. This structure allows the ASSET Team to remain nimble while ensuring appropriate input is gathered from across the institution.
