Academic Pathways

In Business Programs, we utilize stackable micro-credentials, called "Pathways," to help our students enter the workforce and increase their income faster.  Our Pathways programs offer you the ability to earn multiple micro-credentials, your Associate's of Applied Science degree, and your Bachelor's degree in the same timeframe as solely pursuing a Bachelor's degree at another institution - all while saving thousands of dollars in tuition and fees!

You can think of Pathways as an academic journey - you get to choose your destination!  Occupational Skills Awards, or OSAs, are the simplest of our stackable micro-credentials.  These 9-12 credit hour programs offer the basic skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce in your chosen field.  Certificates are typically the first half of the Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS).  Upon completion of the Associate's degree, you also have the opportunity to complete the remaining transferable courses (earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree along the way), then finish your Bachelor's degree at one of our partner universities.  Of course, your academic journey doesn't have to stop there!
