Description

Maintenance personnel are individuals who perform hardware or software maintenance on MCC information resources.

• Information Resource Owners or their designees are responsible for:
  • authorizing individuals who are allowed to perform maintenance on information resources.
  • maintaining a list of authorized maintenance organizations and personnel.
• Information Resource Owners or their designees may decide to require supervision for activities performed by maintenance personnel.
