McLennan Community College maintains a pool of potential adjunct, temporary and contract instructors and coordinators for current and future employment in a variety of areas.

ARTS & SCIENCES AND CERTAIN TECHNICAL PROGRAMS - Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the field to be taught. Accounting, Art, Biology, Chemistry, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, English, Environmental Science, French, Government, History, Journalism, Math, Physics, Psychology, Spanish, Speech, Sociology, Economics, Business Management and Computer Science or Management Information Systems (C++, JAVA, Visual Basic).

WORKFORCE EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree with three years work experience in all programs except Associate Degree Nursing, which requires an MSN and Commercial Music, which requires and AAS Degree or equivalent work experience. Accounting, Associate Degree Nursing, Building Construction, Business Management, Child Development, Commercial Music, Computer Information Systems (Certification in MCSE and/or CISCO Network Administrator), Cosmetology (part-time and substitute - minimum state instructor's license), Criminal Justice, Ensemble Director, Gospel Choir Director, Guitar Instructor, Hip Hop Ensemble Director, Interpreter Training, Medical Terminology, Mental Health, Office Technology (especially need Microsoft Office 2003 and keyboarding), Paralegal, Radiological Technology (may have an Associate degree), and Vocational Nursing, Physical Therapy Assistant (may have an Associate degree).

CORPORATE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING - Instructors with a Bachelor's degree or related work experience in the subject areas of Human Resources, Business Management , Supervisory Management, Microsoft Office software, Web Page Design, and Computer related certifications such as A+, Cisco, Microsoft, MOUS, and Network+.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS - Adult personal enrichment instructors in art and hobbies, fitness and recreation, music and dance, languages, cooking, special interest in other new and exciting areas of interest.
