Highlander Cafe & Thistle Stop Menus

The Highlander Cafe is located inside the Learning Technology Center (LTC) and is open Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am - 10:30am for breakfast and 11:00am - 6:45pm for lunch and afternoon snacks, Fridays Closes at 1:30pm. During these times we offer Grab & Go items, Fresh Brewed Coffee, Soda, Tea, Juice and the following grill selections.

    NO SPECIAL - SALAD BAR OPEN TIL 1PM - CAFE CLOSES AT 1:30PM

The Thistle Stop is located inside the Michaelis Academic Center (MAC) is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3:00pm, we offer breakfast items, grab & go items, and made-to-order coffee drinks.
