Summer 2022 Highest Honors Graduates

Juliusz Cezary Gaw is receiving an Associate of Arts in General Academics this evening. Celebrating with him are Sarah Henry, Gamdan Alrowaishan, Urszula Gaw, Daniel Gaw, Scarlet Gaw, Babcia Gaw, Dziadek Gaw, and Patrick Bachleda-Curus.

While attending MCC, Juliusz worked as a pharmacy technician and chicken breeder.

When asked what influenced his academic success at MCC, Juliusz says, “Upon first moving to Waco freshman year, I discovered a tiny town that loves agriculture and farming. Accidently, I stumbled on Brazos Feed, and the next thing I knew, I lived in an apartment with three dogs, a chicken, and a goat! Renting a house only endorsed my actions of accumulating as many chickens as I could, so I thought to turn it into a small side, incubating and selling. This hobby kept me on my feet through the most challenging times during the past semesters. It sparked a new passion in me for livestock and exotic critters while motivating my academic success for the greater as my mental health found an adequate balance between life and school.”

Juliusz plans to continue his education at Tarleton State University.
