Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Office is to promote diversity and oversee the major human resources program and systems at MCC including: (1) recruitment, selection, and orientation, (2) employee benefits, (3) job evaluation/classification and compensation, (4) personnel policy development and interpretation, and (5) risk management. In an atmosphere of friendliness, cooperativeness, and caring the Human Resources Office provides information and services to people, both internal and external, who are seeking employment opportunities and/or advancement with MCC.
