All Long-Term Care Administration courses are offered online. Courses follow a set semester schedule, so plan ahead to complete them in order.
Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator Courses
The four core courses below are required for the Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator certificate. Each course is worth 3 credit hours.

Internship Courses
The Nursing Facility Administrator certificate also requires a 1,000-hour supervised internship. Choose one option:

Assisted Living Management Course (Beginning Summer 2027)
Starting Summer 2027, MCC will offer a single 3-credit-hour Assisted Living Management course for individuals seeking assisted living management certification. No internship is required.
