Maintenance
Maintenance is required to keep Information Systems & Services (ISS) in good working order. Maintenance may be disruptive or non-disruptive.
Maintenance Descriptions
| Maintenance Type | Maintenance Description |
|---|---|
| Disruptive | Service will be down or in a degraded state. |
| Non-Disruptive | Service outages or degradations are not expected; however, people accessing system during the maintenance could see slower responses, inconsistent or incorrect display data, and/or page load failures. |

Colleague Financial Aid Maintenance
- Ellucian software released a patch to resolve issues with the 2024-2024 ISIR Processing Updates around the FASFAprocess. Maintenance needs to be completed to install the updates.

Help Desk Tickets (KACE Server) Maintenance 1 of 2
- Maintenance will be performed to upgrade the Help Desk ticketing system to the most recent software version. This will take place on two separate days, two weeks apart, to ensure campus devices which communicate with the ticketing system will continue to be able to communicate throughout the upgrade process.
- During this time, all users will be unable to access the ticketing system and all methods used to generate tickets will fail to generate tickets until the maintenance is complete.
