Maintenance is required to keep Information Systems & Services (ISS) in good working order. Maintenance may be disruptive or non-disruptive.
Maintenance Descriptions
| Maintenance Type | Maintenance Description |
|---|---|
| Disruptive | Service will be down or in a degraded state. |
| Non-Disruptive | Service outages or degradations are not expected. However, accessing the system during the maintenance could see slower responses, inconsistent or incorrect display data, and/or page load failures. |
