AEL Job Opportunities
The Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program at McLennan Community College offers courses in core subjects, English language learning, and workforce training.
We serve Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan counties.
Job Requirements
Instructors
You must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Candidates with teaching credentials will be given preference.
Apply for an Instructor Position
Instructional Aides
You must have a high school diploma or GED.
Apply for an Instructional Aide Position
Class days, times, and locations vary. Both in-person and remote options are available. Instructors and aides typically work 19.5 hours per week.

- Resume or vita
- Copies of college transcripts and/or certifications that show your qualifications in the subject(s) you are applying to teach
