At MCC, agriculture isn't just taught in a classroom—it's lived on the land.
Most agriculture classes are held at Highlander Ranch, where students have access to modern technology and top-notch facilities. Located about six miles from the main MCC campus, the 200-acre ranch includes:
- A 10,000-square-foot animal hospital
- Classrooms
- Computer and microscope labs
- Paddocks
- Small animal holding facilities
