Lacey Fitch-Ondracek, LMSW
C.A.R.E. Case ManagerMy name is Lacey Fitch-Ondracek, LMSW. I began my academic journey at McLennan Community College in the Mental Health and Social Work program before transferring to Tarleton State University’s Waco campus, where I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
I went on to complete my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Baylor University, specializing in substance misuse, recovery, and best practices for congregations supporting this population.
My professional experience includes supporting individuals impacted by trauma, addiction, and mental health crises. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate complex challenges and work toward stability and healing.
Currently, I serve as a C.A.R.E. Case Manager, where I utilize a strengths-based approach and implement safety planning interventions through a trauma-informed, evidence-based lens.
What do you enjoy most about working at McLennan?
I really appreciate the beautiful campus environment, as well as the ability to prioritize taking care of myself when needed.

Taylor Lewis, LMSW
C.A.R.E. Case ManagerMy name is Taylor Lewis, LMSW. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Tarleton State University and completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I concentrated on Children and Families.
My professional experience includes working with transitional-aged youth, college students, and families as they navigate academic, emotional, and systemic challenges.
Currently, I serve as a C.A.R.E. Case Manager, where I focus on advocating for students and helping them navigate complex systems using a collaborative, strengths-based approach.
I am passionate about empowering others through connection, advocacy, and creative problem-solving.
What do you enjoy most about working at McLennan?
What I enjoy most about working at MCC is that this is where I began my own educational journey, earning my associate degree in 2019.
