CPR Certifications
MCC is an American Heart Association Training Center. We provide BLS, Heartsaver through AHA and Babysitting Basics Course through American Red Cross. Additionally, we provide CPR and First Aid training on and off site!
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
This course is for people in health care including doctors, nurses, professional rescuers, EMTs, firefighters, and other healthcare workers.
You will learn how to:
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
- Respond to breathing emergencies, such as choking and near-drowning.
- Respond to heart emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.
This course meets the CPR requirement for many health education programs and healthcare careers.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED
This American Heart Association course is for people who do not work in health care. It is a good choice for police officers, airline crews, security staff, family members of people at high risk for sudden cardiac death, and anyone who may need to help in an emergency.
In this course, you will learn:
- Basic first aid skills, including those recommended by OSHA.
- How to perform CPR for adults, children, and infants.
- How to use barrier devices and automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
- How to help someone who is choking.
- How to care for injured or sick people until more help arrives.
The course can be customized for a specific workplace or group. It can be completed in one day, and on-site training is available.
