EXAM SCHEDULING THROUGH REGISTERBLAST

For your convenience, testing candidates can register for all exams online through RegisterBlast. RegisterBlast is a quick, easy and confidential way for all testing candidates to register, pay (if applicable) and confirm an appointment to complete testing.

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & CHEATING

Any test candidate giving or receiving assistance in any form on an examination, found to have unauthorized materials or items or who violates any security policies will be reported to the testing company, course instructor, and MCC’s Academic Integrity Officer.

SURVEILLANCE

Testing candidates are monitored in Testing Services in the following ways:

• Testing staff serve as human proctors by physically walking inside the testing rooms, including behind all testing stations.
• All tests are monitored using computer monitoring software which observes and tracks the operations and activities of users.
• All testing sessions are recorded and video is gathered by cameras throughout the department which are networked to a secure server in the McLennan Community College Testing Center and Campus Police. Access to the feeds are restricted and are monitored from desktops of testing and campus police staff workstations.

Recorded computer usage and video footage is shared with testing companies, course instructors, and MCC’s Academic Integrity Officer upon request, when an incident report is filed.
