Leadership Council

Leadership Council 

The Leadership Council is comprised of the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, Directors, and representatives from the Faculty, Support Staff, and Professional Staff advisory groups.  Through this collaborative effort, the council aims to cultivate a culture of innovation, and inclusivity that drives us toward our shared vision. The Council is led by a chair and vice chair that serve one-year terms.

 The focus of the Leadership Council work will include the following:

  • Advise the Leadership Team as needed to support decision making
  • Implement the College Vision through
    1. The college’s Strategic Plan
    2. College Initiatives
    3. Grants
    4. Funding
  • Develop strategies and recommendations to address or support topics identified on campus (i.e. Listening Sessions, Great Colleges to Work For, etc.)
  • Assist the Leadership Team with initiatives or projects.
