This will take place on two separate days, two weeks apart, to ensure campus devices which communicate with the ticketing system will continue to be able to communicate throughout the upgrade process.
  • During this time, all users will be unable to access the ticketing system and all methods used to generate tickets will fail to generate tickets until the maintenance is complete.
