Students 25+ Role: 

  • Students will grow valuable wisdom & problem-solving skills by thinking, reflecting, and learning.
  • Students will learn life skills & increase practice and networking.
  • Students will learn from someone who overcame similar situations.

Faculty and Staff Role 

  • Mentors will support a student through lived experience.
  • Mentors will enhance Leadership Skills through Coaching, Teaching, and Guiding students.
  • Mentors will help bridge the gap between academics and the real world.

A cohort of 150 will be divided into pathway pods, and then each mentor will be responsible for a group of up to six mentees called POD circles
