MCC's Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

I understand that if I drop hours or withdraw from the College, any refunds due to my account will be applied toward the remaining installment payments under this contract. (For students receiving Title IV financial assistance, refunds will be applied according to the federal refund policy in the College Catalog.)

A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTALS FEES, BY THE DUE DATE MAY BE PROHIBITED FROM REGISTERING FOR CLASSES UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE. A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SEMESTER OR TERM MAY BE DENIED CREDIT FOR THE WORK DONE THAT SEMESTER OR TERM.

I also understand that failure to meet the terms of this agreement may entitle McLennan Community College to (1) drop the student from current classes, (2) place a hold on records, and/or, (3) withhold grades, awards, diplomas, and records including but not limited to transcripts. I also understand I will be subject to all attorney fees, legal fees, legal expenses, and other collection costs.

ANY FALSE INFORMATION ENTERED HEREON CONSTITUTES FRAUD AND SUBJECTS THE PARTY ENTERING SAME TO FELONY PROSECUTION UNDER BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Late charge: If a payment is late, you will be charged a fee as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Prepayment: If you pay off early, you will not be entitled to a refund of the finance charge.
