Sexual Harassment is the 'umbrella term' for acts of sexual misconduct which includes, but is not limited to:  non-consensual sexual intercourse, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, sex/gender-based stalking, quid pro sexual harassment, and sexual harassment that is severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.

McLennan Community College utilizes the United States Code (U.S.C.) and State of Texas Code definitions.  Offenses against any student or employee are prohibited and will not be tolerated. Individuals aware of incidents involving sexual harassment or misconduct are encouraged to report the offense immediately to the Title IX Coordinator and/or a Responsible Employee or campus law enforcement officials.
