MarCom develops the College’s primary marketing materials, including content and creative assets for advertising, print materials, web and social media, and more.

To discuss paid advertising and marketing, please submit a project request.

Flyers

Printed flyers/signage should follow College procedures and policy.

  • Must be approved and posted by MarCom.
  • Displayed in designated campus locations only.
  • Be timely, accurate, and meet accessibility requirements.

Guidelines are intended to:

  • Ensure publicity reaches your target audience.
  • Ensure consistency with College brand standards.
  • Ensure a uniform and professional display appearance.

Recruiting Materials

A limited supply of banners, backdrops, display materials, and table covers are available for recruiting events. To request materials, please email marcom@mclennan.edu.

Advertising

Our department brings the expertise and strategic insight needed to plan, create, and execute advertising campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time. We develop integrated campaigns across print, television, radio, outdoor, and digital platforms—and manage media buying to ensure placements align with your budget and achieve your goals.

McLennan Community College requires that all advertising (excluding classified ads submitted through Human Resources) be reviewed and approved by MarCom. Our team carefully evaluates each ad for accuracy, clarity, grammar and punctuation, strong design and photography, alignment with the MCC Style Guide, and compliance with College policies as well as state and federal regulations.

Every advertisement is thoughtfully crafted to capture attention, inspire positive engagement, and inform the community about the many programs, services, and opportunities available at McLennan Community College.
